You say that employees expect less from their companies, but companies expect more. The company I worked for capped wages for employees over a year ago. Recently, the corporation fired their cleaning staff and started having employees clean the toilets. There was no pay raise. The sad part? None of us were surprised. But the point is, the company gives us nothing, and expects more and more from us. But the company is STILL failing.

Let's all wish for 2011 to be the year of the employee!
